Terasun TSM — Cement board for interior walls
🏠 Cement board for interior walls
Cement Board for Interior Wall Applications
For standard dry interior partitions with no moisture or fire exposure, gypsum board is lighter, easier to cut, and lower in cost. Cement board is specified for interior walls where gypsum would fail: bathrooms, shower rooms, commercial kitchens, hospital corridors, and fire-rated compartmentation walls.
Application
Cement board as a high-performance interior wall lining and partition substrate — moisture rooms, commercial interiors, and fire-rated partitions.

Interior wall application uses
Wet room and bathroom wall lining — moisture resistant, mould resistant
Commercial kitchen wall substrate — splash zones and steam environments
Hospital and healthcare — high impact, hygienic surface
Fire-rated partition assembly — tested system E 120 / EI 90 / EW 120
High-traffic corridors — higher impact resistance than gypsum
Compatible with all standard tile adhesives, paints, and render finishes
In interior wall systems, Terasun TSM provides significantly higher impact resistance than gypsum board — relevant in schools, hospitals, warehouses, and retail environments where wall damage from trolleys, equipment, and general use is a maintenance concern.
