Terasun TSM — Cement board for modular construction
📦 Cement board for modular construction
Cement Board for Modular and Offsite Construction
Modular construction requires building boards that remain stable during factory assembly, transport, and installation — including exposure to weather during site installation. Terasun TSM cement board does not absorb moisture or lose structural integrity when exposed to rain, making it more suitable than gypsum board for modular units that cannot be fully protected during transport.
Application
Lightweight cement board for modular building systems — offsite manufactured, volumetric, and panelised construction.
